KO Studios specializes in full-service residential renovation and new construction, as well as select boutique hospitality projects in Joshua Tree and Palm Springs.

Our practice is intentionally small. Each project is approached as a singular, site-specific work — shaped by architecture, light, material, and restraint.

We welcome inquiries from clients whose projects align with the studio’s focus, scale, and aesthetic. The studio accepts a limited number of projects each year.

KO Studios’ work is rooted in the desert landscape of Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. On occasion, the studio may consider projects beyond this region when the scope and context are exceptionally aligned.
